KIEV OPERA BALLET:

If you want to enjoy a real good cultural evening in Kiev, the best thing to do is to go to the Opera theatre (Address of theatre: Vladimirska street, 50), Metro zoloty zolota or teatralna                             

Everyday (except Mondays) you will be albe to see Opera in Kiev or Ballet in Kiev, from diferent composer, ukainian, russians, italians, french and more.

The program is very interesting, and evey month, new spectacles and old one, every day a diferent one.

Shows begin at 19H , and last from 2 to 3 hours depending if 2 or 3 acts.. with pause every hours;).....Tikets cost from 10 gryvna to 150 gryvna and more, depending on where you are, floor and situation. But honeslty, for 30 gryvna, you can have a good spot at the second or third floor wiht a good view on the show...So up to you, if you want ot be with the students, or with the older people downstairs;)...

I advice you to buy in advance always, but it is also possible to buy just before the show, in case it is not a premiere or a new show. Enjoy!
